Awesome purchase
Easy to install. Have had my HP laptop for about 5 years now, still works fine! Only problem was the battery could no longer hold a charge. Was glad to have found the battery replacement online. They do not even carry the battery in store. I went to Best Buy to see if they could help me and had the salesman running me around the store suggesting new laptops, he said they do not carry battery replacements for 'old technology'. I paid goof money for this laptop and am not ready to get rid of it yet. I saved a TON of money using Amazon. Super happy I did.

it is great. Unfortunately
When it works, it is great. Unfortunately, it doesn't work properly all the time. I have an HP dv6t-6c00 which this battery is marketed as a replacement for. On battery power, my screen does not receive constant voltage output from the battery, causing the screen to not function properly for ~10 seconds every ~2 minutes, and sometimes it just totally fails requiring a restart or plugging into the wall. This issue does not happen when plugged into the wall, so the issue is with the battery. dv6t-6c00 owners, this is not the replacement battery you want.

Seems ok so far
So far, so good. It took about an hour to drain the battery halfway. I’d like it to last a little longer than that, but that is way better than my previous battery, which would no longer hold a charge at all.

Lasted 8 months....
Purchased on December 24, 2019 and now it gets to 40-50% and laptop shuts off. Performed a battery calibration and still no improvement. Guess for $30 range I get what I paid for. It lasted 8 months :/

For the money I would buy it again
Several months in so far and the battery seems to be holding up quite well, no complaints so far. I would probably buy again but for the most part I keep my laptop plugged in. I purchased this for cases where I may need to use it periodically otherwise.

affordable and worked great
For the first time in months, I am not tethered to a charging cord! This battery holds a charge, and works great with my Think Pad.

Battery drains within 5 minutes from 100%
Just bought it 4 days ago . 100% charges as soon you remove power plug, it drains in 5 minutes . Definitely a hit or miss product. Going back to Amazon
