I purchased several of these as Christmas gifts for the people who report to me at work, because mine has worked so well. I learned a couple of months later from one of those gift recipients that theirs was defective (one of the ports would not accept the cable end). I sent an email to the company seeking replacement, but I got zero reply. I would have given a 5 start rating because again mine still works great, and I verified with the others who got one from me as a Christmas gift that theirs is still working fine too. It was just very disappointing that company didn't even bother replying to my email.

The bank is built rather well and flashlight provides a strong flood light good for lighting up a tent or room in case of a power loss.I was not impressed by the power capacity, after charging my Note 8 it was almost all spent. I've taken meter and the best I can get out of the fully charged bank is ~3300mAh @ 5V = 16.5Wh, which is only 2/3 of the claimed 23.7Wh capacity. Surprisingly it takes more then 25Wh to charge, so I've got a defective unit or circuitry is not very efficient.

The wife loves it,the flashlight is a nice feature to have,it charges the wife's Note 100% twice,and it looks rugged,yet delicate,I absolutely love the looks of this charger and she loves the features...it isn t just a charger.

Works great really charges your phone I love it because it don't get hot are overheated all the other ones that I have purchased did that work like this one great purchase

Very practical and fast, charged my Samsung galaxy s6 2,5 times. I just wish it was lighter other than this it's very good

I really like it as a charger, but the flashlight on mine doesn't work and that was one of the reasons I purchased this model.
