Thoughtful blend. Good consistency and taste.
I don't normally opt for green powders but tried this one given how good Nu U's stuff is and the thoughtful blend. Good consistency and taste mixed with my breakfast yoghurt.

good stuff
i have ARFID and my diet lacks greens completely so i figured i'd give this a go. i've only been using this for about 2 weeks but i've already experienced changes. before i get into that i want to mention that there IS a scoop included. its just buried at the bottom of the tub, saw a few reviews saying there wasn't one but there is. some of the positive changes i've noticed so far: + haven't had a breakout yet, usually get 1 a week. + definitely feeling more energized and motivated. + muscle soreness and general fatigue the day after working out is not as intense. + number 2's are a lot faster coming out. don't want to get into TMI territory but yep. 2 negatives though, one of them was temporary but worth mentioning: - constantly farting during the first 2 days of use. it was pretty bad but after 2 days it settled down. - the taste is actually awful. the reviews aren't exaggerating. it just tastes as if you threw every vegetable in existence into a blender and drank it. first time i drank it, it almost instantly came back up even with my nose pinched. to alleviate this i mix it with some blackcurrant juice which is the only juice i have thats strong enough to mask a lot of the taste. it still tastes awful but its at least manageable.

Quick and easy nutrition
Valuable, nutritious and tasty addition to any meal. I add mine to bone broth when I don’t have time to make a full meal.

The products do not meet my requirements
The products of this company have a good price-quality ratio, are you sure? In a mixture of 17 extracts 300g, I have doubts about 5 products. A better solution is to buy each product separately, but the highest quality, so next time I will do it. 1/3 of the content is inulin, i.e. 100g worth about £1.20. Another spirulina product at the same price - thanks to these 2 ingredients for £1.80x3 we already have half product content, i.e. 150g. The most valuable one that you can buy separately is spirulina blu 100g/£30. Then cheap chlorella vulgaris, which won't hurt but won't help either. The only valuable health one is chlorella pyrenoidosa (sorokiniana) from Taiwan at the price of 100g / £ 10. It chelates heavy metals and cleanses the body and can even help people with asthma. Barley Grass Powder 18g / 0.36£ and Wheatgrass Powder 18g / 0.36£ are ground dried grass and are only suitable for watering flowers because the manufacturer would surely write that it is dried grass juice and not dried grass. Even an organic lettering won't help. Why don't people eat grass? This applies to all distributors of such a product. Humans don't have an enzyme called cellulase that digests the cellulose in the grass, if we don't digest it the sharp parts go into our intestines and we have our intestines cut into pieces and we can even get ulcers. The only solution is to buy barley grass juice or wheatgrass powder. It must be dried juice at a price of around £20/100 g where 1 teaspoon = 1 kg of organic vegetables. Flaxseed powder - after grinding, it loses its healing properties and it is better to buy grains and grind yourself. Alfaalfa I would consume as tea or drops. Other ground vegetables are valuable but how many are in the package? 6g each. I do not recommend mixtures from manufacturers because I can't afford cheap things.

The Greens Blend Powder is Replacing at least 12 separate supplements!
I intend for this powder to replace 15 different supplements I am currently taking. The list of ingredients is actually not one I have seen before; 32 active, including Mushrooms, Chlorella, Turmeric, Ashwaganda and Moringa to list some items I was taking separately. The recommended daily intake is 5mg, which for me is a very generous teaspoonful or flat desertspoon if its easier for you. I used to add to my smoothie in the morning but now I take on its own, sometimes with grape or apple juice and can sip through a wide straw. I was also adding some Vit C powder (Camu Camu) which hopefully NU Nutrition will stock or add to, actually the former would be beter as it is better to have eg more Magnesium etc in the Greens Blend. I feel set up for my daily nutrition intake as powders are really well absorbed and fewer to no additatives. It is very cleansing for the bowel also! Definitely will be taking it on holidays from now on; one 300g baggie as opposed to a number of pots all jumbled up together - opening and dispensing taking up to 5mns twice a day! The only extras i believe i now need is a B complex and CoQ10 (it's an age thing!). I haven't given 5 stars as I have only been taking it for 3 weeks so the missing stars relates to benefits yet to be positively confirmed. PS: My partner is not so keen on powders so I have encapsulated some for him using 000 empty capsules.
