This item works well for minimizing tennis elbow type pain while working out.

I'm very happy with this purchase. The strap comes with a sturdy pad to increase pressure on the aggravated muscle. The band tightens and is highly adjustable. This was the most important feature to me as I have very tiny arms. I was able to tighten it to my satisfaction and the velcro is very strong. It also opens wide enough to fit my husband's arm, so it is very versatile and will fit many sizes. The pad is white and will get dirty over time. I have not had to wash it yet, but I will in the future. I purchased this on a lightning deal for under $10. Prior to buying this band, I had tried others for $20+ that didn't work near as well. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product. My only concern was that the package I received was open (and upon ordering I was not made aware that it was an open box/package item). However, it appeared brand new and unused.

I like the quality of materials, the stretchiness, the metal buckle, the heavy weight velcro, and the pad to isolate the pressure. The buckle is not wider than the brace material like others I have used, so everything stays in line and in place as intended. I am able with the pad to place pressure in a specific area and this appeals to me. Pressure is easily adjusted in small increments if needed, and being the band is narrower than others I have used, placement seems easier, quicker, and more accurate, and it stays in place throughout my entire day, 12 to 16 hours; the foam rubber pad (slightly shaped) helps with this. I have worn the band over the top of sleeves as well as directly on the skin, and it stays in place. I have not experienced any negative skin reaction to the pad. On the outer face of the band is the brand name, it is placed directly opposite of the pad on the inside face of the band and helps to visually locate the placement of the pad, a purposeful intent I am sure. The above causes me to be convinced that this particular band is more effective at performing its intended function and meeting my needs than the two or three previous bands (each from different manufacturers) that I have purchased and used over the past three years. Time will tell about the durability of this band, I have no reason to believe it will not out live my others and give me a far greater return on my investment. This band is less expensive than the ones I have purchased from my local drugstores, and so far, is significantly of higher value and quality. I have absolutely zero (no, none, not even one) hesitations to recommend this product to family, friends, and friends I have yet to meet!

I have a connective tissue disorder and I have issues with both elbows as they have both been broken. So from time to time I end up with tennis elbow. I had purchased a different brace prior to this one and it really did not seem to help. It was a different design and did not apply any pressure to the tendons. I read the reviews on this and figured it was worth a try. It does what it is intended to do. It is comfortable and applies enough pressure to keep the tendons where they are supposed to be. It is adjustable and I have fairly large forearms and it fit well. The foam on the inside that holds the tendons in place is nice. It does not cause skin irritation and it bounces back once it is removed. Design is nice and it is discreet rather than wearing a whole elbow brace. Good for hot climates as it is small and does not cover a lot of skin area. Would purchase again if it wears out or gets lost.

It was a nice elbow strap but it didn’t do much for the pain in my elbow. It’s adjustable for many sizes of elbows which was nice. Wish it would have worked for me.

This brace is not as bulky as most on the market, it can be worn under a long sleeve shirt. I have tried others that were so bulky, every time I moved my arm, my shirt sleeve would hang up on the bulky brace and pull it out of position. That hasn’t happened to me with this one. Also, the material is not irritating to my skin, the neoprene ones really irritate me. My husband also wears one, and these are adjustable enough to fit either my skinny little arm or his bigger muscled arm. I recommend this brace if you have tennis elbow, it’s the best one I have found available to buy online. It helps the elbow heal, and provides some relief from the pain of tennis elbow.

Skinny & comfortable brace. Not bulky like others. Perfect for 130# female tho I think would work well for larger person. I bought 4 to have in my workout bag, by my home gym area etc. Took me about a full year to heal my tennis elbow this time (have experienced this 2 other times in maybe 20 years) probably because I was unwilling to stop exercising. Easy to use free weights & machines and to bend arm comfortably because it is small but the square cushion is perfect & relieves the pain & pressure. Probably used this brand at least 6 months wish I had found sooner. Have tried at least 6 different braces & think this one is the best.

Ware kam sehr schnell an. Die Manschette ist gut verarbeitet und lässt sich ohne Probleme alleine überziehen. Auch bei dickeren Armumfang geeignet. Jetzt zum Wichtigsten. Bei mir hat die Manschette geholfen. Diese ist besser als bereits andere Binden, die ich zuvor hatte. Die Manschette übt einen präsisen Druck aus, wenn man diese auch ordentlich am Arm plaziert. Bitte keine Wunder erwarten! Eine Sehnenscheidenentzündung ist langwierig und ich hatte die Manschette drei Wochen am Arm. Linderung ist meines Erachtens sofort spürbar. Nur sollte man auch wirklich den Arm schonen. Mein letzter Tennisarm war nach ca. einem halben Jahr genesen. Die Manschette habe ich auf Hand gewaschen, aber auch einmal in der Waschmaschine bei 30°

Decent quality for the price

I’ve been suffering from golfing elbow for months, so on my GPs advice, I began looking around for a supportive brace. I’m very active, go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and I didn’t want a bulky strap that would get hot and sweaty/uncomfortable on my arm. So, when I saw this I immediately purchased it! I’ve only done a light gym session so far in it, I found I wasn’t getting as much pain but have yet to do any heavier weights. I recommend maybe wearing this around the house for a few hours just to get accustomed to it and to get the right tightness for your situation. The support pad is literally the perfect size for golfers elbow, it really hits the right spot for me at least. I can’t speak for tennis elbow which is on the outer side of the elbow. So in short, I’m very happy with this thus far, I like how it’s smaller and still does the job, it doesn’t look look you’re going roller blading which is a plus!

Het werkt, maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. Omdat het zo smal is moet je hem strak afstellen, en dat wordt snel oncomfortabel.
