High Quality Puzzle
This puzzle has been great for our 1 year old mix breed hound. It is very high quality and would not easily be chewed up or broken (although to be fair Freddie is not a big chewer and likes to keep his toys in good shape mostly). Freddie figured out the theory behind this puzzle fairly quickly, but is still perfecting his technique of spinning the internal circle - I would say this is his favorite puzzle (that we own) as it offers him a challenge but he can complete it with minimal frustration. I recently discovered that the puzzle can be made a bit more challenging by putting the treats in the holes rather than just in the cups - that way the dog will have to move the peg twice in order to reveal a treat. I have not tried freezing treat tidbits in the little cups (as is suggested by manufacturer) - but I think I will try this in the summer.I would recommend this puzzle to people who have dogs that like puzzles and have tried a few easier ones first. Freddie benefited from me showing him and helping him out the first few times with this before I stopped offering him help and he had to finish it on his own (can't give this to him around my 3 year old who just does the whole thing for him).I just want to add, not all dogs, even smart ones, like puzzles - my dog, who passed away, was really smart and could learn and do tricks like a little circus dog (and loved it), but when i gave her even the most basic puzzle (a ball rolling treat dispenser) she looked at me like I was insane and turned up her nose; that is just to say, as this is not a cheap toy, make sure that your dog actually likes these types of challenges.

Great toy for dogs that need distraction
My dog is very glued to me and hates being home alone. I think this toy is going to help keep her entertained while I’m away. First use she didn’t stop playing with it for 35mins until she got tired. Snacks don’t come out too easy so it’s best you PACK it with snacks so they get one here and there to keep them going. For reference my dog is 11lbs. I wouldn’t recommend it for bigger dogs as I predict they would be able to destroy this.

Not sturdy enough
Good idea but my dog chewed through it trying to get the treats

starting to fall apart after one month.
This looked like a fun challenging puzzle for my pomeranian. He did well learning how to flip it and spin it to get the treat out. After about 12 runs of games, the inner plastic is starting to get chewing and breaking marks. The inner plastic has seperated from the outer more solid plastic at this point. I don't see the puzzle being safe after one or two more runs. I will look for another puzzle for my 18 pound pom. (non agressive, fun loving, typical pomeranian). I would think that if your dog is a non chewer, this might be a good puzzle option.

Dog loves it.
Honestly I can't say about being "chew proof" because my dog isn't a chewer, but as far as doing what it is designed to do, absolutely YES! So much fun for the dog, and for the kids to load the thing up every time we use it!

Not The Usual Nina Ottoson Quality
We have a large collection of kibble dispensing toys, including many from Nina Ottoson that we love. I was really hoping this would be the same, but instead I was left disappointed. The toy is smaller than expected- more dessert plate sized than dinner plate, and the materials are very lightweight and flimsy. The outside is very cheap thin plastic and the inner divider appears to be a thin sheet of acetate. Anything more than gentle play will mar this toy pretty quickly. It is difficult to fill, and there is no way to take it apart for cleaning. It's also incredibly easy for my dog while not offering any unique challenges compared to other toys we own.

Awesome puzzle toy but plastic shield easily chewed
My 5 month old doxie loves this puzzle toy. Overall, the toy appears to be a hard type plastic and hard type rubber material. However, there is some type of a thin, hard plastic layer that extends out to the opening where the treats come out. I thought maybe this piece slides out but it did not. My dog loves the toy but that plastic piece has deep chew marks on it as picking up in her mouth and tossing it over is part of the play with this puzzle. Not sure how long it will hold up until it cracks or breaks off but we will see. It wasn't that expensive so maybe I will just order an extra one to have on hand. Overall, our pup loves this puzzle toy.

Do you have a puppy enstein?
Works good for mental stimulation. My guy took a while to sort out the steps to get to the treats, it's pretty durable, but definitely something to use with close supervision.

Muy divertido para mis mascotas, se entretuvieron un buen tiempo.
The media could not be loaded.
