I bought this because my boyfriend is allergic and he is eating this with no problem.I used for recipes salt and sweet.

Definitely not what I expected
It is a small size for the price, definitely over-priced. It is very thick, which is fine, but it does not dissolve well in my tea or coffee, very clumpy. I do not recommend.
