Have purchased this excellent moisturiser before. I use it mostly as an after shave or after swim. The new roll on type tube works very well

The moisturiser is lovely and cool, but the roller ball on the tube doesn’t work at all which is very disappointing

Perfect! This product is probably one of the best cucumber moisturizers. Safe for sensitive skin and very cooling on your face. The rollar ball applies a generous amount of the product and keeps your face feeling hydrated, icy cool, and applies a health glow to your skin. Avoid your eye area and you'll love this product! I love this so much!!! Works super well on my skin. Sensitive skin products and regular alike typically cause an allergic reaction for me but not this! Been using it for years. 5 stars for the formula! 0 for the packaging because the cap is a major issue. It cracks extremely easily just from the pressure of putting it back on. I have purchased many over the last few years and I never drop these and am very careful to put the cap on loosely (as i learned you must or instant cracking even the first use) yet it still cracks within a few uses. Due to this cracking and eventual complete breaking into many pieces cap, I have to replace the product extremely often, usually while there is still 3/4 of the product left in the tube. Without the cap it clumps around the edges and doesn't roll properly, even if stored in a bag or container to keep from drying out! The product itself is amazing but the packaging needs to be addressed because it’s not fair to the consumer to have to replace after only a few uses when theres still most of the product left all because the cap broke and without the cap the product clumps. I have now spent hundreds on this specific product yet I’ve never used more than half a tube before having to dispose of it due to the cap shattering (putting it in a bag after the cap breaks delays the clumping by about 1-2wks before it becomes to clumped to roll). Also, be careful because once the cap cracks it starts to cut your hands when opening and closing and a few pieces sliced me bad on multiple occasions when the cap fully shattered. Suggest using a towel or only a few fingers to open once its begun to crack

Delivery was wonderful. Product was sealed. Easy to use the rollover ball is so cold it felt amazing under my eyes and on my skin after double cleansing, toning and using serums. I can be rough when i’m putting products on my face with my hands so this product was clutch to soothe my face after my aggressive hands have been on it

My face gets really heated easily. A little of this after a shower and I’m good for a while.
