Tastes and works just like sugar. No after taste surprisingly. I baked 2 apple raisin German streusels. I used this item in one as sugar replacement for pre diabetics. I baked another with white & brown sugar. They both were so delicious.It’s extremely expensive in relation to sugar and packaged very well with a resealable strip.With all the diabetics today, they really need to get the price comparable to sugar.It is equal amounts on ratio usage.Suits my needs 100%.Consumers need to request to get prices lowered.Thanks & enjoy!So much healthier than sugar!!!

Great sugar substitute if you are looking to take carbs out of your diet. Taste like sugar.

I’ve tried just about every sugar substitute out there and this is the only one I will buy now. Even other brands of Erythritol don’t measure up. This product looks and tastes just like sugar. I use a little less than real sugar when replacing sugar in recipes because Erythritol is a little sweeter so you need less but in every other way this is the same as sugar.

Perfect sugar replacement. No aftertaste, tastes just like sugar, almost 1 to 1. Will cause initial gas or diarrhea but it passes.

I have started baking my own Keto diet friendly recipes, as I now have diabetes and with Keto foods I have managed to control my diabetes so well my A1C went from 11.9 % to 6.5 % in 9 months time (but I only started eating Keto foods in December 2019, blood tests were done March 3rd 2020.Also my Keto foods has an added benefit for me, I have 4 auto-immune diseases and 18 diseases with no cure, and I am allergic to all anti-inflammatory (NSAID's) and for 40 years now I have been taking steroids for my Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthrtitis, My inflammatory blood markers C3 C4 & CRP for the 1st time in 40 years are now in the normal range. A doctor is studying the effects of Keto diet on Rheumatoid Arthritis and so far the patients in that group have decreased inflammation also.I am also known for GI issues since birth and Keto diet is helping me a lot with this also.To bake my Keto friendly foods I use this Erythritol and my sugar levels have improved so much I am now only on 1 diabetic pill form medication and even there on some days as per my Endocrinologist advice I do not take it unless my fasting blood sugar is above 7.0. So I had a 9 day stretch without diabetic medication, then had to go back on them for 1 week and I am now on day 2 without medications again. So for me this Erythritol has literally changed my life for the better. I don't see much of a difference but it might be because I cut out all added sugar from my diet back in August 2019. But even my common law spouse and stepson do not see the difference and eat some of the foods I bake. I also freeze some recipes such as pancakes and muffins and once thawed they taste just as great.I am more then pleased with this sweetener as literally it is improving my health. I also use Almond flour when I bake now and no longer eat store bought products. I am really amazed of all the health benefits it has given me.

Is unlike other sweeteners , it does not affect the taste of your coffee or tea or anything you prepare with it

I haven't used erythritol before but this tastes great (no funny aftertaste) and it acts pretty much like sugar. The price was reasonable too.In case anyone was wondering, it is made in China. It was quite difficult to find where it was manufactured (despite me Googling and so forth) and I don't think it was listed on the Amazon listing. For this reason, I'm unsure if I'd purchase again. I prefer to buy locally produced goods when able to and to be honest, I'm not sure if there are any Australian producers of erythritol. When I am shopping (in person), I almost always check where the product is made and I find that this is often a crucial deciding factor - more so than price, packaging or cost.

I do like this sugar substitute and it tasted exactly like sugar. My frustration is with the packaging or shipping. 4 out of 5 times it has arrived with it spilling into the box or bag it was shipped it. Once i was told it wasn’t coming at all and I had to reorder. I am only guessing that perhaps it was because it was damaged! With it being as expensive as it is, it is annoying when it’s all in the bottom of the shipping bag!!

It was well packed. I love it it doesn't have an after taste and it taste just like sugar, it has a little scent like alcohol but a bit not to much.I love it. Im doing keto and it helps me a lot !
