They made everything so easy, & refunded to my Amazon account so I could replace a problem PC. I put another warranty on the replacement PC I bought !!!! Money well spent !

I know that this computer was inexpensive. But, I would expect it to work every day. This is the third time now that it has stopped recognizing my Internet. And it will not work. I have unplugged the whole system turned everything off, plugged it back up and it still won’t work so I’m very unhappy with this.

I got refunded for the defective merchandise. You'll still have to spend your own time and money to get the item to a place for a return. They don't send any company to pick up the return. That's all folks.

Desktop 8 months later stopped working! Added a two year Asurion warranty..And they are only giving me a store credit, along with keeping the taxes I paid ..I feel Cheated..... Asurion gave me pure hell with this cheap investment !! Worst..I am getting back less than what I paid !
