Tool three (three!!!) months to arrive after ordering.Ripped on second day.

The cargo net I received was twisted and sewn that way. The bottom left corner is completely unusable. It affects the whole left side. I reached out to the company asking if I can exchange the product for one that is sewn correctly. They asked for photos, I sent them 4. They replied telling me that I should be able to fix it myself and that it looked pretty easy to fix. I cannot fix the product, I do not have a sewing machine to fix it. I do not know why I should have to fix their defective product. I am hoping they will do the right thing and refund me or exchange.

Do not buy! Terrible product that puts kid's lives at risk because it deteriorated so fast. At first we thought the colors and quality of the net was great, however after two months of use the net is falling apart at the seams. The sun has significantly bleached and physically comprised our net, such that my son's feet have torn through the net in multiple places while climbing. Buyer beware!

The product is OK and the kids like it. I guess was expecting it to be thicker and sturdier construction. Not sure it’s going to last long outside. I hope I’m wrong.

Located in an area with less than 6 hours of daily sun and has already faded considerably. Has only been climbed on a few times and I can see pull on the stitching of where the straps cross each other. a few months later, nylon straps rotted. DO NOT PURCHASE FOR OUTSIDE PLAY
