Don Bernardo, Spanish Manchego - cut cheese, made from 100% manchega - sheep milk, carefully matured for at least 3 months. Production is carried out according to ancient tradition. Especially the milk of Manchega sheep is rich in fat and tastes like wild herbs, from which the sheep preferably eat. A unique aroma that is particularly appreciated by connoisseurs. Typical of Manchego cheese is the bark structure, in which an imitation of a traditional basket pattern of the previous artisan production of the cheese is incorporated.
