Couldn't be happier with this. Fit it with a smart bulb and the size is just perfect. Looks even larger in my room than it does in the product photo. I’m 5’9” and it’s about at face level. A little too heavy so don’t put it somewhere that it might easily get knocked over.

Don’t bother with this lamp. Badly designed. The nut at the bottom will MEVER tighten enough nor is it strong enough to hold the weight of the lamp upright. ALWAYS leaning. JUNK.

This light looks JUST like one that you might buy from your favorite blue and yellow Scandinavian store... if that store ever had them in stock! When they didn't, I checked around and found this one even cheaper. Nice!The package arrived damaged, but because of the roughly 4 tons of Styrofoam packaging, all of the parts were in good shape. The base was EXTREMELY difficult to attach to the post. After trying several different ways, I finally got the vice grips, wrapped them in a soft cloth to protect the finish and used brute force to get everything threaded.As for the finished product, it looks amazing! The post, frame, and shade are all metal with a thick powder-coat black finish. Inside the shade is bright white. I added a multi-color bulb and changing the color causes an awesome effect as the entire inside of the shade picks up the hue. Despite the fun aspect, the lamp is used mostly as a reading lamp. It sits over my favorite chair and provides just the right amount of light to see easily without being blinded.Some specs: The total height is 71 inches. When pointing straight down, the lowest point on the shade is 58 inches from the floor. If you tilt the shade at an angle, the lowest point becomes down to 56.5 inches. The shade is 12 inches in diameter and about 8 inches deep. The base is 12 inches in diameter, 1.5 inches tall, and the half-inch post is about 2 inches from the edge of the base where the cord runs.
