Both pictures show the same milk frother, just a different handle. The unit that appears inside the cup of coffee comes with a cacao shaker (shown in picture too) and the other unit, that has a plastic handle (assorted colors) is just the milk frother itself.Please let us know if you need any additional information.Kind regards,Maria

Plastic, but this is the frother to buy, a few quick pumps and lovely froth. No batteries.

Awesome, quiet, and requires no batteries!

We use this daily and love it! The unit comes in two pieces that work best by putting the bottom piece into the liquid first, and THEN attaching the second piece. In this way you prevent air trap and make it easy to "prime" the pump.It's great that no battery is needed and it's fast to work. We often use this to make "bulletproof coffee" mixes with butter and coconut oil. Love it that we had this option and were able to avoid cheap units made in China with toxic plastic. This unit is made of quality materials that clean easy.

Have been using this for years...love it. Found it in Italy over 20 years ago & was thrilled to discover I could order it through Amazon. Sturdy, good at frothing & for dollops of whipped cream.

Simple Idea Well Executed

This is the perfect size for travel but I use it at home too. Froths hot or cold milk, cream, half and half, soy, almond and coconut milks. Makes a nice present for folks with limited kitchen space.
