Kinda ‘wonky’ to put on
This product is well built and heavy grade. The canvas is waxed as advertised and waterproof. Pockets and holders abound! That’s what I like the most. The tools I use the most are right at hand. I must have walked miles going around, getting the right tools. The only drawback I see are the straps. First off they don’t look or feel substantial enough to last very long. They don’t hold the adjustment and have to be reset every time you put it on.(I used safety pins to hold the ‘frogs’ at the correct setting) When these straps wear out, I’ll probably replace them with something more durable. One other thing. There is a combination to put the apron on. I mean, it’s something akin to watching my wife putting on a bra. There is a certain way to do it.

Budget heavy duty apron? Search no further!!
WRITTEN BY THE HUSBAND:This apron is hefty! The canvas is heavily waxed (no residual), pockets are riveted for strength, and it falls just above my knees (5'8" 160lbs). it has one leather (pigskin) accent, the strap that buttons over a chest pocket, and the webbing for the straps is robust if not very wide. there is a hunk of the waxed canvas sewn to the end of the straps that ride over the shoulders, but as it isn't much wider than the webbing i can't understand why. there are small slip pads over each strap to help distribute weight. As a DIY'er, it will absolutely do what i need for it to do; there are some things i have changed for ergonomics. Wider straps is a great idea, 2" if you can make it happen. I added 2 double D-ring termination points for the straps 2" below the top of the lowest pockets and i use them as the third and final point to cinch the apron down on my person. straps cross between shoulder blades, again at the waist, and again across the buttocks to the double d-rings and threaded through and back to cinch like a belt. only other thing i think i'll add in time is a hemmed seam up to the beltline for ease of 'elimination'

Shop apron
After two denim aprons wore out after 20+ years of use I started looking for a more durable apron with more features. This apron fit the bill with two front pockets, pencil and phone holder and accessory loops on both sides to hang tools. A ring on the right hip can carry a hammer. It's a little more work to put this on due to the crossed straps in the back and this is where I have one minor complaint. Over time the straps tend to get twisted as you snap the apron webbing together in the rear. If you carry much weight in/on your apron a typical neck strap will put weight on the back of the neck. With this design all weight is carried by the shoulder straps that have a sliding padded shoulder strap. The price point on this apron is very good considering its features and quality.

Seems very durable. The straps are designed by the same people who designed hospital gowns.

A good buy
As advertised, love it. Did take a while to receive but still within the estimated time frame. International shipping during Covid is bound to take a while and it has been worth the wait so far.

Fits a medium sized 6’ male
I like the plastic buckle on back of apron. Easy to attach and remove apron. Long enough to keep pants free of dust. Lots of pockets.
