Sussi Folding Bed

Being a 75 year old great-grandmother, I sleep on my cot while camping out with my grandson's cub scout den. I add another layer of foam for my arthritis, then sleep like a baby. I could not go camping with the group if I didn't have this cot.

This bed is made VERY cheaply. You are better off spending an extra thirty bucks and purchasing a folding bed of better quality. It's ok for toddlers or small children, but that's about it.

The Stram Sussi Folding Bed would be exceptional if it provided a real mattress; what it, presently, offers is a piece of foam that gives the body no support, whatsoever, perhaps, a light mattress (not a foam), and charging reasonably for the same, could make this folding bed a winner!

I read the reviews for a range of folding beds before making this purchase.This item; the Stram Sussi Folding bed is also available as a compact version.I initially purchased the Compact version and people mentioned the sagging so I returned it and bought this. It's somewhat sturdy. It folds up with the mattress and still is pretty thin. I suspect this one will sag if the person isn't small/light but fine as a temporary solution.

I have been looking for a folding bed that was good quality but a reasonable price, as I will probably use it infrequently. This one meets my needs exactly. Is lightweight and easy to move around. Folds very compactly so can be stored in a small space for easy access. Will probably replace the mattress with a thicker pad just for increased comfort, but very usable as it is. Seems very comparable to the more expensive folding beds I have seen and the much lower price makes it perfect for my purposes.

Yes - great bed

This cot is comfortable but sometimes the wavy support catches on the sheet and mattress cover making it difficult to change the bedding. For sleeping it is great and my visitors have been very happy
