Wells Lamont Men's Winter Leather Work Gloves, 100-gram Thinsulate, Cowhide, Lined Leather, Large 1108L, Yellow

These are excellent work gloves. I have the non-insulated version but for the cold weather, I kept reaching for this insulated pair. Great for splitting wood or normal outdoor/dirty work. Very comfortable. Doesn’t make my hand sweat. Fits very well (I have “normal”-sized hands). Feels sturdy and I’ve been using these for the past several months. Bought a second pair knowing I’ll be getting these again. Highly recommend.

High quality, soft leather, brand name insulation, BUT, not a XXX fit, XX at best, here's why - leather shell is cut and sewn to XXX dimensions, BUT, once mfr adds Thinsulate and fleece liner to glove it's reduced to a snug XX fit, my hands are big and chubby, I massaged both gloves with Obenaufs leather preservative and kept wearing around the house. My wife thought I was nuts! Gradually the leather stretched and formed to my hands enough to be comfortable, worth the effort because they are quality and durable, should be plenty warm this coming winter.

This is the thirs pair for me. I'm a delivery driver for a company that, of all things, supplies and launders industrial PPE, aka gloves. I prefer these guys for a couple of reasons. I'm an old school leather glive guy, I'm not a fan of the modern materials used in gloves today. Leather is perfect for my needs as a delivery driver. They keep my hands warm and safe while I open the cargo door, use the lift gate ( can be dangerous) working with a pallet jack and many other tasks. They keep my fingers warm. Third pair because......First season I wear them in my car or for tasks around home. That breaks them in. After that first season, I treat them with bear grease. Then they go with me in the Freightliner. Huge hands. I have huge hands and it's hard to find a decent insulated glove that actually fits and keeps my handd.warm and protected. 3 xl arrive a little snug for my hands. But I wear them around the house for a couple of days. Take them off and on, that let's them stretch to fit my hands. I work some bear grease into them as I do this. Kind of how we used to break in out baseball gloves. These guys hold up to serious abuse in the truck. They last all winter, 6 months where I live, which is fine by me. Other brands didn't last 6 days with the abuse I give them. Great pair of big hand gloves. Break them in and they'll serve you well

fit great, well built, it'll take a bit to break em in. but I like them.

These are a soft leather and nicely added durable layers but run small. Had to return. Maybe go up at least one size if not 2.

These have lasted over a year for me. I live in Georgia so we don’t have a long winter season but these have been durable and last over a year for me. Nice and warm too. A good waterproofing oil is a good idea.

Excellent

I was a little apprehensive in ordering these gloves only because of all the negative reviews about them being very small. But, the gloves have a fantastic reputation so I took a chance and ordered two pairs. I have massive meat paws and unfortunately short fingers. Makes buying gloves a task. Usually the time a glove fits my hands the fingers are 1/2 inch too long. These gloves however have shorter fingers, or at least my pairs did. They fit perfectly. The quality is top notch and better than I could have hoped for. Very satisfied.

Very nice gloves, hard to find ones that fit husbands big hands, but these do!
