A solid breakfast value with a good helping of carbs and fiber. The product has a good taste of oats but use filtered water! I add a teaspoon of maple syrup for a treat! Oats can have pesticides but organics like this don't. I use my rice cooker which has a steel cut oats setting.

Excellent product . Very tasty ad good for your health . However it takes time to cook . So you should soak with milk overnight in the fridge to cook them fast . The steel cut oats are the best for your health, with other oats they are processed and increase your body sugar quickly leading to obesity
