DaVinci Gourmet Classic Black Cherry Syrup, 25.4 Fluid Ounces (Pack of 1)

Black Cherry is my favorite flavor. DaVinci makes an excellent syrup with genuine flavor. Anything related to old fashioned Soda Fountains is a major interest of mine. I have been making the soda fountain syrups from scratch until I discovered DaVinci Syrups several years ago. They are very reasonably priced and a great time saver. I highly recommend them and all of their flavors. They offer many flavors that I could not make myself. The Black Cherry syrup makes a better cherry cola than any of the commercial ones. The Raspberry enhances coffee delightfully. They all can go over ice cream or into ice cream if you make your own. They are great for alcoholic drinks also. Very versatile.

The flavor is great I put it in my homemade lemonade.

Taste like the fancy cherries you get at the cocktail bar.

The black cherry syrup is VERY good if you can get it at a reasonable price. For some reason the Davinci Syrups are all over the map in terms of pricing; they have some syrups for under $10 a bottle, which how much the black cherry cost when I bought it, but other flavors (including the black cherry currently) are over $20 a bottle, which is ridiculous. Also, from the reviews, some people have apparently bought DaVinci syrup expecting pancake syrup. This is much less viscous than that; it pours like water, not like honey or maple syrup. It works fine as flavoring for soda or lemonade or a milkshake, but it's too watery in consistency (though it's quite sweet and the flavors are strong) to perform well on waffles or as an ice cream topping. The Prickly Pear and Amaretto flavors are also quite good; I haven't tried the others yet. (Edit: as of April 2 2024 the price is now back down to $15/bottle, which is a bit better than when I left the review, but still nearly twice what I'd prefer to pay; it's possible that pricing depends on what's in season.) I'd avoid the Boysenberry (2 stars for that specific flavor). It's not so much that it tastes BAD, just that it's not very tart, or, well, boysenberry-flavored and has a strong admixture of ... something vaguely musky, like maybe honey or molasses.

Great product!! Just a good as the more expensive brands! Excellent flavor! I use them to make red bull infusions or flavored soda and they're perfect! Shipping was quick! A+ Highly recommend!

Good taste. Added to drinks. Mixes in great. Wish it was not quite so much money. Will buy again

Very flavorful and colorful. Added an ounce or 2 to my soft-serve ice cream maker and the results were excellent. My very fussy 10-year old granddaughter resisted tasting it, only likes vanilla. She had 2 servings and wanted a 3rd ice cream cone. If she likes it, it has to be good.

This literally taste like cough syrup

コカコーラのチェリーコーラ（輸入）が好きだったのですが、最近さっぱり見かけなくなりまして・・・。先日、スーパーでコーラの原液（ペプシ）が売っており、自分で炭酸水で割って好みの濃さを作れるとの事。チェリーを足せば、チェリーコーラに仕上がると思い、購入しました。望んでいた味が作れて満足です。リピします。

もともとお菓子のチェリーフレーバーが大好きですので、ソーダやアイスクリームに入れています。冷凍のチェリーやラズベリーをワインとこれとでちょっと煮てヨーグルトにかけるのがとても好きです。
