Daughter Loves The Story

Think description said appropriate for 8 to 12 yr old..my granddaughter 8 yr old reads at 4th grade level and it seemed too old for her.

11 yo daughter really took to this series and wasn’t a huge reader tho always encouraged to be one. She chattered to us about the predicaments of the protagonists and some of the historical aspects of some of the plots.
