Leaves of eucalyptus pruniformum contain essential oil (up to 3%), tannins, wax and have anti-inflammatory properties, contribute to the rapid healing of wounds, exhibit analgesic and expectorant action. Composition: eucalyptus rod-shaped leaves. Herbal tea is used: externally for rinsing, washing for diseases of the pharynx and upper respiratory tract (tracheitis, laryngitis, pharyngitis, etc.), fresh and infected wounds, inflammatory diseases of the female genital organs. Method of application: 10 g (2 tablespoons) of the leaves are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiled water at room temperature, cover with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. It is cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw materials are squeezed out by strained infusion. Infusion is brought boiled water to 200 ml. 1 tablespoon of the obtained infusion is diluted in 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water and used for inhalation and rinsing 3-4 times a day.
