Use it about 1hr before sex or at night or morning in prep for something special too. Can use a small amount & recap for later too! As a holistic practitioner I would NOT recommend using if breastfeeding (unless fully healed from delivery, having issues with lactation, u have tried other options, & ur doctor has cleared u!), pregnant (could cause a miscarriage), or being prepped for surgery! Check with doctor if using Asprin reg. as depending upon dosage there could be some side effects. But this is AWESOMENESS! My partner mocked my holistic trial & turned out that night begging me to keep it on direct shipping!The taste is a bit like eating roses so its kinda like eating purfume. Not my fav. But this is a must have for every girl no matter if you are bi, straight, or lesbian!

Liked that this product, had everything I needed all in one combination. Started taking some medication prescribed by my doctor, and one of the side effects was dryness (in the unmentionable area); during my hunt for a product that would restore everything to its normal state, I found this product that worked wonderfully an beyond my expectations.

I liked it and it worked great but it burned a little at first.

Does not work....

This product was not good. I was having discharge that was not normal and it absolutely did nothing. There was no change. The instructions was very vague and maybe 2 lines but nothing that explained how long it lasts , how much time in between can you use it.It was just not good. I only have it a star because that was the only option I had.
