When it comes to Naturelife their products work and do what they claim to do. I am 6'3 200 pounds for reference on body type. I feel a lot of people leave out their body type when reviewing these kind of products and it's something more people should mention.

It definitely works! For me this product does seem to be time sensitive. I take it 12-24 hours before needed. It seems to be most effective between hours 12-36. It's not an instant solution, at least for me. This product does work very well for me! Will recommend and buy again!
