Great bench
I began to assemble a home gym setup when the Covid-19 pandemic closed down most businesses. The Zeny flat bench is very light and works well with every exercise I need it for. Setup was simple and took me about 10 minutes to complete

Good bench for home use.
I use this for home work outs. I live 45 min. from the nearest gym and this allows me to do a pretty comprehensive weight lifting routine. It arrived promptly and was very easy to assemble. I used thread lock on the bolts that attach the padded portion to the frame. No problems so far. The only thing is that it is rather low, so, I sit it on 2x4's for leg extensions. Problem solved with some scrap lumber. Overall, I'm very pleased with this bench.

Exactly what I paid for
This item is exactly what we paid for. Sturdy, easy to put together and lightweight enough that one person can move it around no problem. Please note that it does not adjust, if you want that select a different bench.

Not leveled but easy to assemble
It was easy to assemble. It looked like it was previously opened/owned/worn from transportation as components on the inside was open and there was minimal wear and tear. It is sturdy however not stable as the legs are not leveled with the floor.

Bottom was ripped
So overall i'm happy with the bench, its sturdy but light to move around. However, assemble was difficult being that the nuts are lock nuts so they require certain force to tighten, if you dont have the hand strength or tools its going to be hard to get the nuts tight enough so the bench is sturdy. Also the packaging was bad enough that the bottom of the bench was torn, I sent a disassembly video to the seller and havent heard a peep back about it. If i had to guess i would say the legs popped open from the "secure" zip-ties and caught on the bottom of the pad. Being that there was only one small piece of plastic bubble to keep things from moving around this isnt surprising. I am more irritated by the fact that this shouldnt have happened and that I have not heard back from the seller.
