Great product be nice if it was a bit cheaper

As an older woman with thinning hair, I've been taking a hair, skin, etc supplement for at least a couple of years now. Saw this supplement advertised and thought I'd give it try. I've only been taking it for a couple of weeks, but its as good as my usual tablet - gives my hair body and volume. But with the addition of collagen that is an extra bonus! As this chemical is said to be one of the main building blocks for bones, skin, hair, muscles, tendons and ligaments. So all in all an all-round helpful protein for bodies that are getting older!!! So as well as improving the look of my hair, my turkey neck looks slightly improved! Hoping that after weeks and months on collagen, there will be more significant changes. So its early days for me so far but looking and feeling good. I've had a problem with finding the right time in the day to take it. I have a couple of digestion conditions and didn't want to take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. But when I took the capsule after breakfast, it actually reduced my usual appetite by the time lunchtime came round - and I couldn't eat all of my lunch! So I just take the capsule first thing in the morning with some water - better than late at night - and doesn't interfer with my healthly eating habits. I do think this supplement is very good value for money, but my concern is that there is no details listing the amounts of each chemical, vitamin, etc. So in the long run, I will probably try and find another supplement which gives this information as I think its important to know such details. But good for taking in the short term.

So far so good. I take these with my probiotic supplements. No bad taste. I read that collagen is supposed to help with muscle recovery and overall strength. It also supports skin elasticity so helps improve the appearance of scars. So many benefits and for a really good price.

Does what is says on the bottle. Take these daily and physically feel the benefits after a couple of weeks. Highly recommended

Easy to swallow, doesn’t leave a flavour & best of all - hasn’t given me an upset stomach or interacted negatively with my epilepsy medication. My skin is nowhere near as dry as it used to be & hair is stronger. Nail strength has certainly improved. It works well as a supplement to counteract the collagen issues that come up with medication changes.

I bought this and felt the difference in my hair but then I start feeling pain in the left side of my abdominal soon after consuming it regularly. Then I stopped for like 6-7 months and i am fine now but I am thinking of buying it and trying it again. Actually the pills are not hard to swallow it needs a lot of water to swallow down ur throat but I felt may be the ingredients are strong for me or my digestive system that caused pain.

Nice combination of the vitamins in one product love it.

Deze tabletten zijn van erg fijne formaat en makkelijk in te nemen. Heb echt het gevoel dat ik me er beter door voel. Het voordeel van deze tabletten is dat er naast collageen ook veel meer vitamine en mineralen in zitten hierdoor voel ik me een stuk beter. Tevens zijn deze tabletten niet duur omdat je er slechts 1 per dag hoeft te nemen.
