Great for single use, good for multiple users if you are gentle with them!
I bought them to make breakfasts ahead. If you make the quiche recipe base from the On Cooking textbook you can get 15-21 quiches depending on how full you pour them, what else you put in them, and whether or not you use a crust. They go from freezer to oven to reheat frozen quiches (325°/30 min) beautifully. If you give them a good spray with a high temp cooking spray like grape seed oil everything slides out without much convincing. I don't recommend trying to expand the edges to release what you've cooked unless you don't intend to reuse them because they tear easily when you do that. If you don't do that I'm sure you could wash and reuse them. I'm definitely going to order these again, in the 300 pack next time.

Perfect
The media could not be loaded. Their great!! Good quality. Not too thin. I've been using them now for about a month. Very pleased.

Works!
A little thin. But I use them to pour the extra oil from cooking so it doesn’t go into my drain, works perfectly for me.

These are my go too!
I buy these baking tins multiple times a month for my bakery business. They are perfect size for individual cakes and brownies. They perform well as a baking tin and are a good value

Very Flimsy
These tins are made from very lightweight material and are not strong at all. They are too flimsy to be useful for much. I would not buy them again.

I will buy these again!
Good little tins. I had to make 50 individual custard pies for the shut in luncheon deliveries. My usual custard pie recipe doubled filled 14 of these pie tins at a time. They baked well at the usual big pie temp and took about 10 minutes less than the big pies would, so about 48 minutes for 8 on a cookie sheet.Given my experience with these I'd say the portion was not skimpy, they are sturdy enough to move and pack without bending and as far as durability.... It's a one and done for the baking. The one I used to put jelly out for the Orioles held up for weeks. So yes, durable too.PS The pies got rave reviews!

Terrible and flimsy
They came a little smashed but I needed them so I didn't return but I could not even handle them without the bending. They are very very flimsy. They are about the thickness of a sheet of aluminum foil.
