Great product!
This is the first time I've used polygels and I am amazed and super excited because I feel like I have found a new love, thanks to SXC Cosmetics. The kit comes with six 30g tubes of polygels, all named after some of the zodiac signs in colours pink, blue, yellow, lavender, orange and green. The kit also comes with dual forms of various sizes, some so big that they can be used on almost anyone's big toes and some so small that they could even be used on a baby's nails. It also comes with regular paper forms, some multicoloured, multisized stones, a jar of blue fine glitter, a jar of pink fine glitter, a nail file and a pretty little brush with a spatula on one end.PROS:- The colours are pigmented and beautiful- They glow well in the dark- All colours are very easy to work with. I've never used polygels and I found it easy to work with- Very smooth and easy to move around. That being said, it was still firm enough to not be running all over. Really nice to work with- The kit comes with little extras to spruce up your nails even more- The base coat feels extra sticky to hold the polygel on the nail even more- The top coat is really nice, great sheen. Probably the best I've seen and it's no wipe- I experienced no bubbles whatsoever- I was pleasantly surprised that the colours had a beautiful shimmer to them that I didn't notice until I was taking some photos and videos with the flash and lights- I like the size of the tubes. You can get a few uses out of each tube it seems- Based on what you get and compared to other similar products on the market, I think the price is on point because other kits with similar amounts and accessories cost more or around the same according to my research- Very easy to file and shape. I didn't need to use my efile and soft file that would normally barely file my acrylics, went through the polygels like nothing- The brush is really cute and works well with the product- Quality is goodCONS:- I did not like the file that comes in the kit but that's not a big deal because if you are into doing your nails or other people's nails, you'll most likely have other files and if not, files are cheap and easily accessible.- The kit does not include slip solution. Again, not a big deal because 70% isopropyl (rubbing alcohol), which most people have in their cabinets, works just the same and that's what I used.SUGGESTIONS:- Instead of selling it with the black file that it currently comes with, sell it with one of those white (zebra files I think they are called) files instead.- This is not just to SXC but also other companies and someone else also suggested this, I think clear polygel should be included in kits to excapsulate designs and build thickness and strength.- Again, not just to SXC, I have seen a few companies do polygels in jars and I would suggest this because I figure it will be hard to get the last of the polygel from the tube and getting it from a jar would be so much easier.Overall, this is a great product. This is my second product from this company and I can say that it seems as if they take their time and put out good quality products because I have been totally happy so far. I like that even though the company reimbursed me for the item and asked that I try the product and review it, they did not dictate to me or even suggest what my review should say. They simply asked me to try it and write a review. That to me, shows that this company wants to hear their customers' feedback and wants to improve on their products if they need to. Great job SXC, keep it up!Ps. I personally did not experience any issue with curing. I cured each nail for 30 secs to set it in place while I do the rest and went back and cured everything in my UV/LED lamp for 2 mins when I was finished, just for my peace of mind. For the person who complained that the dual forms for their thumbs were too big... WHAT? There is no designated size for any of your nails. There are various sizes for you to fit and use and the sizes vary enough so that anyone should be able to find a fit for whatever size nail they need it on, even if it's on a toe.

The best poylgel kit I have used yet!!!!!
Okay. I have used many polygels makart, saviland, modelone, even the 200$ gelish poylgel. I must say this is the best!!! It goes on so smooth. The poly gel itself is not hard like saviland, it also gives a large amount of poylgel compared to any of the brands and it is not filled with air!. Also alll of the colors glow in the dark the purple and blue colors are not as bright when compared to the other colors but they still glow!! Just like the pic. The pic attached is my first time doing it (so it’s not that good lol)I will upload another pic when I redo them in the dark so you can see the glow is real!!!! When using this I used either the saviland slip solution or alcohol and it worked beautifully. I was scared to buy this kit because their was no reviews and I am soooo happy I did!! Buying this kit makes me want to try out more of the kits by this brand! And I will!!!! Also the poylgel was super easy to move around. It was honestly great even filing was super easy compared to the others I did not even need to use my filing drill!!!! Good job SXC I want more of your products !!!! LolOnly con. I was a tad hurt that there was no pisces being that it was a zodiac sign kit you didn’t put the one sign and it was my sign and I bought the kit for my birthday please add a Pisces

easy to work with
I'm a nail enthusiast and have thousands of dollars worth of acrylic, polygels and nail supplies in general. Out of about 10 polygel brands this is so easy to work with, I'll probably never purchase a different brand again. As for the complaints of long cure time, that's only if you have a cheap lamp. Mine cures completely in 60 seconds, but I have a very high quality lamp. Also complaints about slip solution in case someone is living under a rock we're in a worldwide pandemic with a shortage of an ingredient in the slip. They have no choice but to compromise. You can use 70% rubbing alchohol as slip if you can find it. There's no price gouging, i got it 10$ cheaper than the SXC website so thats just people who literally have NO IDEA what they are talking about. All in all this is now my favorite brand of polygels. Spreads like warm butter on toast for me. Id recommend beginners to absolutely purchase. All other brands I have are more difficult to use and sticky. Ill absolutely be ordering other sxc kits.

I will never go to a nail shop again!
The media could not be loaded. OMG I’m in love with this kit. It’s my favorite. I seen a few YouTube videos using this set and I HAD to try it. Super easy to use and I added nail tips and used the gel as of it was acrylic instead of using the forms it came with. Super cute for summer time nail art. It don’t come with slip solution but u can just use the base it comes with or use 70-91% alcohol like I did. Easy to work with. I love the glow in the dark stones they come with. I gotta buy the second zodiac kit they came out with tooo I would love to combine all the different plot gels from both kits together for a cute fun nail design.

Pale but pretty
I’ve added a picture to this review. I haven’t used it yet on my nails because I need practice first on some fake ones haha. But I wanted to leave a first impression type review... delivery was fast and I love the packaging and how bright and fun it is. You can see in the upper right of the photo what all it came with and the size of the products. I will say the main thing that threw me off was how pale and not very opaque the product is. The pictures they show make it look very pigmented but as you can see from the bottom left photo a thin-ish layer was very pale and see through; the photo next to that is with a second layer and it’s not much more opaque. So this product may look better on top of an opaque poly gel unless you’re okay with the pale look. Which doesn’t bother me but when you expect highly pigmented, it’s something to think about. But overall it wasn’t too hard to spread around; obviously I still need some practice with it though haha
