Does the job
Works fine though it arrived with a broken cable grommet. Easily fixed though. Would have liked a 20 minute timer so it switches itself off post use. Has Sterilizer ( Amerikan spelling) written in bold letters across front so perfectly reassuring to my clients.

Awful product awful service
Arrived today it’s not working no power in sterilizer, box it arrived in is damaged which matches dents on sterilizer, total waste of money I paid 75 euro for this and will update this review regarding my refund experience which I requested

Product is faulty and not working properly, communication poor. Want me to pay out for postage back to China even after seeing photos requested of the fault. £54 out of pocket and no steriliser.
