Delicious and refreshing tea. I once met a couple of Brits in our local supermarket years ago. They were actually looking for "good" tea, and looked disappointed in the available selection on the shelf. I led them to the international section of the market, suggesting that perhaps they would find a better tea there. Well yes, they did, and I imposed a question on them, since I had grown up on very cheap American brands and wanted to develop a better palate for tea. They recommended Twinings, which I have been buying ever since. A couple years ago a big burly guy on YT, in cammo and full frizzy beard, casually mentioned that Twinings Lady Grey is now HIS favorite tea. Curious, I tried it, and now this is now our household's favorite tea. I use a thermometer and do not put the teabag in the hot water until it is just under 180 degrees. For us, 178 is ideal. Keeps the sharpness of any tannin at bay. No sugar necessary.

We have a bachelor friend who is unable to tolerate caffeine. So we gave him a big box of this great Twinings tea for his birthday. He says that he's really enjoying it. I like it also. The bags are in individual packets so you always get a cup of fresh, crisp tea at an affordable price.

I've tried making kombucha with all kinds of teas, and nothing beats the flavor I get with Twinings Earl Grey. The citrusy bergamot gives the brew such a smooth, rich taste—way more interesting than regular black or green tea. These individually wrapped bags also make it super convenient and clean to work with. If you're into homebrewing kombucha, give this a try—you won't go back!

Hands down my favorite tea. From the smell to the taste, it’s close to perfection as I can find. My favorite way to prepare it is in a 12-14 ounce mug using one lady grey bag and one red rose original black bag. Steep for 5.5-6 mins, sweeten and enjoy. I haven’t found any tea as good regardless of price. I would certainly recommend this tea.

This is hard because I don't wanna complain about the actual product. It's delicious. The problem is the packaging. Not because of the manufacturer, but because of whoever's packing the boxes at Amazon. The shipping box itself was fine, but the box inside was damaged, and this is not the first time! They do not pack them properly, and they get crunched in the process. Once the tea box was open and tea was everywhere! Do better!

The best mint green tea flavor around, in my opinion. And I've tried many over the years. Smooth, easy, and tastes great with a dash of raw honey.

If you love peppermint tea you will love Twinings version. This is my daily drink, hot in the winter and iced in the summer. So refreshing, no caffeine and very minty. I've tried all the brands from all price points and keep coming back to this. While I like to buy items with as little packaging as possible I really do think the individually wrapped bags keep the peppermint oils in the tea
