I have 2 other Powertap hubs. I have always been satisfied with their product until the newest purchase of the G3 MTB hub. I purchased this hub in February 2016. July 2016 the battery died. While I was replacing the battery the white USB connector broke. I call Powertap the next day to see if I can get it warrantied. They stated that it was going to cost $350 to replace that little fragile piece, I could not believe it. I was so disappointed that Powertap would make such a fragile piece on a MTB hub. I guess will have to go with Stages instead.
