As others have stated this part isn't quite as deep/tall as the OEM part and you will need spacer washers/bushings. The best fit I found readily on hand at the local hardware store is for 7/8" inner diameter and 1-3/8" outer diameter machine bushings. You will need 3 of them to make up the 5mm spacing gap between this part and the OEM part. If you don't have them, the bolt won't tighten properly and the magnets will rub.

There is still lot of gap between the drum and rotor hub as opposed to what is mentioned in the description. We had to replace the unit entirely because of this

The item was delivered much faster than promised by Amazon. With the current pandemic, getting "non-essential" items delivered by Amazon is slow. I got mine from a 3rd party seller/shipper and it arrived(via USPS) and is installed and working (already ran a couple loads) 28 days before Amazon said it would arrive. This worked perfectly on my LG wm0642hw. The replacement process was simple, as long as I had a helper to keep the drum from spinning while I tightened the bolt. It seems to be similar quality to the original hub. At 20% of the price of the rotor part from LG, this was a wallet saver as well.

Worked on my LG washer WM2233HW original parts (4413EA1002B & 4413ER1003A), but was 3/16 's shorter than original. Had to get at 1/2" M24 washer from HomeDepot (in the drawer on screw asile), in order to get correct offset from bucket. Once installed with some locktight to keep the screw from backing out, washer is running again.

Only the hub splines were damaged on my rotor assembly. Unbolting and replacing just hub saved $$. No special tools needed just make sure it is fully seated before securing with the bolt.

Perfect replacement for original rotor hub on which the spline teeth had completely worn away. Only this part has a steel insert for the spline interface, which should improve the longevity of the part. Replacement was straightforward.

This product fit my LG Steam washer Model WN2487HWMA perfectly!Plus has a metal insert instead of the original plastic! Saved me a lot of money

Part is thinner. Added washers to shim. Seems to still work. Will update if the part doesn’t last. Otherwise can assume it is still working.UPDATE: many months of heavy use and still working great. Increased to 5 stars as it works as advertised and has lasted. Update in 2023 (purchased 2021). Still working and seems durable.

Really didn't fit my washer said it did by the cross reference of P/N's but was not deep enough. Used the original one as the sensor was the problem,but though while in there I would replace the hub. Stiil going to keep it as I could probably use it if I had a washer to fill the space. One of those times when I needed to get the washer going ASAP.

It was not as thick as the old one, When laid flat on a table next to the old one it was 1/4" thinner. When it went on the shaft of the washer, it was too far in on the shaft and the tightening bolt didn`t even touch it.

Very pleased with the fit of this part. A cheap fix compared to replacing the machine.

Same what many others reported.....this replacement part is thinner than the original...had to alter it to make it work..not as advertised........
