Easily one of my favorite bike accessories!
My expensive Trek bike came with aftermarket ergonomic grips that just simply slide/grip on. I ride at least 50 miles every Saturday, and was getting absolutely over having to rotate the grips upward to have the palm rest in the correct position. I was doing this at least a dozen times in 50 miles. These grips exceeded my expectations. The rubber is soft with slight flexibility, but firm to withstand rougher/longer use. Having the double locks, it NEVER moves! I initially put them on and made some slight adjustments to ensure the palms were in the right position to my comfort, and I never had to touch them again. I highly recommend these grips to anyone looking for comfort, ease of installation, and no slippage during long rides!

Odd sized Allen screw.
I’ve got a lot of Allen wrenches. Glad I had a 7/64” one. Why not use a metric screw??

comfortable, look nice - great handlebar grips
I got these to replace some rubber-ish slip over handlebar covers that tended to twist out of place on their own all the time. I liked the dual-locking setup that these offered, and the size + shape was right for my bike.It was more trouble getting the old handlebar grips off; installing these after that was quick and easy. Hopefully you have an Allen-wrench set at home. installing the end-caps was a little tricky in that they were super snug on my bike, but a few taps of a hammer helped get them in.So far, so good - they are holding up well; I am an occasional biker so I'm not stressing them much either.

Great feel
Feels and looks great. Just took me a couple of attempts to figure out the need for the grip to be completely on the handlebar with no over-hang. Very comfortable.

They're adequate
These are the standard for most bikes. However, I realized these are forever, I wanted softer grips so I spent a bit more on another pair. One thing I did was to actually call Trek and they specified 22.2.
