Plastic Weld Super Glue Cement Glue for Plastic ABS Acrylic Perspex Polystyrene (30ml)

Described as suitable for polystyrene. Beware, it certainly is not and will melt it beyond repair.It may be ok for other plastics (I didn't try any) but us absolutely NOT for polystyrene.Response from seller was that it was my fault?!

In absence of any contents labels, judging by the smell and reaction, this is nothing more than cyanoacrylate. Standard Superglue. Prove me wrong.Veeyt disappointing. Didn't "weld" as expected. Plastics broke in the same place, again and again!

When they say thin formulation, they aren't kidding, and the nozzle is not suited for precision application of a glue this thin (it'd be perfect for a thicker, more viscous adhesive, but that'd probably need a redesign of the bottle as well), but with a bit of care, you can avoid too much spillage beyond the area you want it.It sets reasonably fast, and with a decent degree of solidity. The only thing that gives me any pause is that it doesn't smell like any other polystyrene cement I have ever come across, however, given that it is also the most liquid plastic glue I have ever used, I guess I can attribute the pear notes that this is missing to the gelling agents it is also not using.It was delivered fast enough that Amazon seems to have lost track of it (and seems to think it hasn't been dispatched, despite saying that it had been two days ago... more than a week after delivery). All in all, I am very happy with it

I have a cracked drawer in my freezer and bought this to try to "FIX" the problem, so far it seems to have worked.I will agree with other reviewers and say it is very runny, however if you can put the item to be glued so that it is a flat surface this is not a problem

Arrived earlier than expected and worked well. I was using some pieces of acrylic/styrene to make an easel tray to fit on a tripod for painting. Providing the glue was spread completely and evenly and the two surfaces closely matched it welded them together brilliantly. It set fairly quickly allowing a small adjustment before hardening fully. Glue and plastic were obviously the right match.

If you want glue all over your fingers, and still not sticking the the thing you want to stick this is the glue for you! you may as well use treacle!
