It’s good to build your fore arms.

Good value. Product is just as marketed. The grip is nice, and the rope is slightly offset (which is a good thing) so when you're rolling it, it doesn't go too much to one side to mess up the weight distribution My 2kg sand-weights sit properly on the metal part. Will give a review after a month or so of using. The metal bit at the bottom looks like it can be prone to rusting once the paint starts wearing off, but for the price i don't see that as a problem. Can easily repaint it as required. Packing could've been better as a plastic bit on the end of my grips chipped off, but then again that's no big deal

Grip quality, not good. It creates more friction. Also, the thread door is not in the middle, so there is some issue in balance

Product is quite sturdy and the grip is solid but 1.) the rope is short for people who are 6ft tall. 2.) the rope conjoined to the rod is at the side and not the centre 3.) the rope is worn off at multiple place i.e. fibers coming off.

Absolutely brilliant product. You don't need anything else other than heavy deadlift, towel pull ups, some hammer curls and this forearm blaster wrist roller to build a strong and big forearms. Even If you don't have the option to do other things like deadlift and pull ups this wrist roller will give you decent enough forearm.

Good forearm workout tool, but the thread has to be little bit longer. It’s ok for this price range.
