Does exactly what it says. No instructions on remote but easy to work out.

Once assembled it is easy to use and quite comfortable. I think it is good value for money

The delivery and packaging was excellent.The item was reasonably easy to assembly but needed assistance to ensure the hanging wiring was not trapped or damaged.The operation is easy and straightforward, however the wiring for the remote needs a lot to be desired. Obviously, the designer needs a crash course on ergonomics. The problem is easily resolved with the installation of two small cable clips.The comfort of the chair is no more than reasonable and one gets fidgety after a period due to this. Better lumbar support is desperate to improve this chair. The operation of egress and access is adequate but hampered by the small feet on the base moving the chair on all but deep pile carpet. I have now obtained a nonslip mat to place the chair on to help prevent this hazard.I am moderately pleased with the chair but would not recommend or purchase again unless the item is updated and design revised.
