Every day use, and a great improvement to everyday life
I suffer from constant restless legs that fee like they need to swing or be propped up like a recliner. This device is a game changer since I can now rest my feet onto and swing them at the same time. There are a few cons however. First, this was clearly designed for users to be using with shoes or other foot protection as the barefoot onto the thin 1cm diameter bar causes some uncomfortable pressure on the soles of the feet. And second, there were literally zero instructions that came with this. Sure it is kinda obvious and clear what is supposed to go to what, but pictures from the item all differ from each other in whether the legs both go bolted inside, outside, or staggered. In the end it doesn't really matter since it works either way. But I think it would just have been more professional or better thought out.

Works as intended
Works as intended! Feels solid, and is a slightly taller bar height than others I found, which worked for me. Only con: really squeaky sometimes. I should be able to just grease it a bit, but nonetheless, that’s less than ideal.

Low impact, high return
This was recommended by my physical therapist after knee surgery. It’s a great low-impact way to keep knee in motion while working at my desk.

Worst money spent on Amazon
This is probably the worst item I have ever ordered on Amazon. For starters, it was well wrapped with bubble wrap and tape- entirely. I had to slice all three pieces out of the wrapping because it was not easily removable. Once done, I had 5 pieces of metal, a bunch of screws, and no directions. So I had to get online and look at a picture to build it. I had to use 2 different sized Allen wrenches to piece it together. The fidget bar is not long enough to sit properly in both sides- meaning that it pops out once you get a good foot swing. I would return this if it didn’t mean I would have to break it down and send it back. I’ll likely figure out a way to bend the frames inwards to create less space and hope that works. I should’ve paid the extra money and bought one from rogue.

Solid purchase
Pretty simple, easy to put together. It works really well for its purpose.
