C20 Bluetooth Headset 5.0, Dual Mic Noise Canceling 16H Talktime AptX-HD, Bluetooth Earpiece Compatible with iPhone Android, for Driving/Business/Office

Got the C20 headset a few days ago and I will say that I’ve been impressed so far. I’ve been using headsets at work for 20 years, and spend most of the day on the phone with clients. Since the work from home started I’ve been using my original Apple AirPods. While they are very comfortable and sound pretty good ( a few clients said I didn’t sound so great ) they would die out after 2 hours of talk time and needed to be charged. In the few days I’ve used the C20 it lasted the whole day ( usually 8 hours - most of it talking on the phone ). When I asked a friend to compare how I sounded when using AirPods vs the C20 he said the C20 definitely sounded better. In all my headset use in the past I’ve always worn over the head headsets , so for me these are a bit less comfortable than those and a bit less comfortable than AirPods , but the better sound and better battery life are a reasonable trade off ( and they aren’t uncomfortable - just a bit less comfortable - if you are used to this over the ear design I think they would be fine ).They also connect right away to your phone with no issues at all. One thing to note - if you are connected but try and answer the phone on the phone itself , the connection drops. To answer with your headset you have to hit the multifunction button. Minor issue but would have preferred ( like AirPods) to have them connect directly to the headset when answering a call on your phone. Very minor complaint.Overall, I would say great sound quality , great battery life , pretty comfortable , and for $35 a great value.

The product itself is easy to use. I especially like the flip switch on/off button for ensuring it is actually turned off in addition to the mute button. Overall it is a great item to have for a laptop or cell phone. Though it is Bluetooth 5.0 I was not able to reach more than around 30 feet from my Dell G5 or cell phone before it began to cut out. It comes with 3 earpieces which are comfortable, if the earpiece fits awkward in your inner ear try position the mic below the Tragus of your ear . The unit itself fits comfortably with my glasses of both thick and thin frames even after eight hours on. Phone clarity has been good for all of my calls so far.

I use this ear bud all day long both for videos and phone calls. The only reason I ordered this GoNovate C20 was my other ear bud (different brand) wouldn't hold a charge one night, so I search and found this GoNovate C20 Bluetooth for an extremely reasonable price. I purchased it through Amazon and received it in 2 days. I did fully charge it before pairing and the first use. The next day I did pair it to my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and put it on. Sound was AMAZING, I didn't even have it at full volume! I made a phone call, and spoke to the other person, no echoing, the other person thought I was just using the phone to my ear and not using an ear bud. This C20 ear bud lasts all day on a single charge, the quality is amazing. The price is great. I cannot recommend this product enough!

I want an earpiece for my cell as it is my work phone. This seems to work great on my end, convenient, great sound quality. However seems that callers have a hard time hearing me and say that it cuts out.

I use this headset for work, and I have been very happy with it. The battery life is amazing, and lasts well beyond my 9-hour shift (I can usually go 2-3 days without the need to recharge) and is very comfortable. I have forgotten I was wearing it several times. The range is also excellent; I was able to walk almost 50 feet away from my computer before the sound started to cut out. This is a really well-made product. It is very lightweight, and connects easily. The sound is crystal clear, and aside from a random hiccup I had with connecting once (solved by turning it off and then back on again), I have had zero issues with this product. I would highly recommend it for anyone who needs a Bluetooth headset for extended hours.

It's comfortable and no problems pairing but It's not 16H talk time. I charged it full for the next day. Battery dies without notice after MAX 8 hrs of no talking time, I just have it ON and on my ear without actually sound and It lasts maximum 8 hrs of NO TALK TIME. I wanted it as replacement of a 5 years old Plantronics but not even close to it in quality and customer satisfaction.

wanted to try this for my computer with all the video calls we have to do for working remote now due to covid-19. it connects to the bluetooth, can hear sound and the mic recognizes signal, but doesn't sound clear at all, doesn't work well with applications, doesn't work well with video calls, music is choppy. used 3 different bluetooth connections and 4 different computers (work in I.T., lots of access). was hoping we could use this on a company scale level, but the quality just wasn't there. pairing was easy though. works for phone, but the mouth piece makes it not very travel friendly or walking in public... would have been nice for video conferencing though, if you do that with an iphone / android probably would be all set.

With being at home and on my cellphone substantially more than I have been used to, I found myself needing a good bluetooth headset. I previously had purchased a GoNovate ear bud and was very pleased with it, leading me to try out this C20 headset.It set up smoothly to my iphone and has been working well for my needs the past week and half. I have had no complaints from callers on the other side on the sound of my voice and I have been able to hear them clearly as well. I like that the earpiece rests against the ear instead of going into my ear canal. (At least for me, that is how this fits) Its comfortable without causing my ear to get sore or sweaty. I am enjoying the headset, especially compared to the wired headphones that came with my phone!
