The Botanist items were not bubble wrapped and were delivered in a flimsy envelope that clearly provided no cushioning or protection. The shampoo must have been an old one or in store for a very long time because it has gone atypically yellow. I know because I have been using Botanist products for almost a decade. In addition, the conditioner bottle cap was already opened and the conditioner had leaked out of the bottle.I am extremely disappointed with the packaging and quality of the products I have received.

すごくしっとりします。うっかり塗りすぎると重いです。保湿効果が高いのですが使い方が難しかったです。しっとりタイプをお求めの方にはおおすめです。
