These are sturdier than I expected.
I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm one of those minimalist Goths. When I saw an all black set of bands I could leave laying around I bought them without a second thought. I'm glad I did because I usually go the gym 6 days a week, but boom PANDEMIC. I never really used bands for anything other than physical therapy and hip and glute exercises. I'm a convert. These feel sturdy, especially the extra thick ones. Like most that only dabbled in bands I was just used to the light and medium ones used in Hospitals. With these I'm able to maintain strength with isometrics and quickly get some mobility gains in. Very happy with these. They'll hold me over until I get my hands on some barbells and plates. They're great for supersets, especially if you have a set of longer bands for exercises like lateral raises that just need more room. They are mini bands after all. Granted you can probably do everything with these in one way or another, but I mainly use them for bicep work, glutes, hips and squat technique. I have 2 other longer bands for lateral raises, and glute kickbacks.I'm going to scoop up another set.

Working well for my fiance
I purchased these bands about a month ago. My fiance is using them about 3 times a week and she is very pleased with them. She does say, "if you are using them on your thighs, make sure they aren't on your bare skin. Because it can burn the skin."She is very happy with them and she is happy, I'm happy.

High quality product!
I bought this product to rehab after back surgery and because the gyms are closed.Good quality product comes in a neatly packaged bag for storage or popping in a gym bag.My only complaint is that I’ll probably never be able to use all the weights. X-heavy is way too strong.Me: Female, 5’8 132 lbs lean and fit.
