It's hot water bottle reminds me of the ones that my mom used to have when I was a little girl. Very good quality and awesome customer service. I appreciate how they communicating let you know exactly what's going on with your item and the fact that it can quickly.

The clip on the hose does not stay closed.

This does what you would expect it to do. You can use it to douche with or just use it as a hot water bottle. I have used it for both purposes and found it to work as advertised. When using as a hot water bottle the material is very thick so you don't have to worry about puncturing it and the plug is threaded well so there are no leaks. It also can support weight as I've slept on mine when using it as a hot water bottle. The hang clasp works well and is able to support the weight of a bottle filled with water. The clamp feature can be a little irritating to use.

you can hang it really high to really get good pressure up into your ass. however, there's no guarantee the poop will come out. after 10 days without pooping i was desperate to try anything, this did not do anything. water came back out clean. another 10 days later, the poop came out in round pellets. i don't know if i didn't use this, it would have taken 15 days and come out in square pellets, but i doubt it.

I was hesitant to even try something like this. I decided to buy this kit online because honestly; what 26 year old male is going to go into a drug store for this? It was thick, and good quality, the only downgrade is the strong rubber smell. I have used it in the shower so I can't say if it leaks or not-as long as all the plugs and hoses are securely fastened, I can't see how it would leak. I recommend this.

This product is well made with high-quality materials. The hose is a little too well made: it's so thick and firm that the clamp doesn't work at all. I had to crimp it with my hand. Very awkward!

needed to replace an earlier one. Have not used it but keep it in bathroom storage in case it is never needed. Size is a bit larger than I wanted, but otherwise OK. Strange that you can no longer purchase this item in the United Kingdom.

Didn’t work properly it leaked when I had the clamp activated and it didn’t have an instruction manual

Es de buena calidad, viene con todos sus accesorios pero... lamentablemente pierde agua. Hemos intentado resolver pero no hay forma, sigue perdiendo y en un producto como este al que se le introducen líquidos, es un problema que no se puede dejar pasar. He solicitado la devolución y el envío de una nueva bolsa por lo que volveré para actualizar la información ya que puede ser un problema puntual del producto y no una generalidad. Acabo de recibir el producto y... lamentablemente, tiene el mismo problema, pérdida de agua. Pensé que era un problema puntual de la primera bolsa pero... dado que la segunda está igual, debo decir que es problema de elaboración, no hacen bien la rosca y el agua sale constantemente. No recomiendo a nadie su compra.

Plastic smell is really strong and I would not recommend it to persons with chemical sensitivities. All in all, a very cheap and uncomfortable product, does the job badly. Plastic parts creak and are so flimsy, I expect them to break at any time. I'm from Eastern Europe, where you can buy similar-looking enema system for a fraction of a price, but the quality is so much superior. I used mine for 6 years. Looks like, when his one goes, I'll have to order one from my country.
