Cleenly Urine Destroying Enzyme Pet Carpet Shampoo Cleaning Detergent (5 Litres) - Digests Urine Salts - Gets Rid of Urine, Vomit, and Faeces Stains

Ok .... so my mum is incontinent and their bungalow was smelling like a sewer.....I spent weeks researching for a product which would remove human urine.....but was conscious that my parents had burgundy carpet and may have took some colouring out. Anyway.....took a chance on this.....not expecting much as the urine smell had built up over quite a few years. With this in mind.....I decided to use 70% solution and 30% water. Also in reading instructions.....the solution needs TIME to work. THEREFORE STICKING IT IN A CARPET SHAMPOOER WONT GET YOU THE RESULTS (suspect that a lot of people who have left negative reviews have done this) as it won't have enough time to work it's magic before being sucked back up! Instead..... I used a garden sprayer (like you would use for fertilisers) and sprayed each and every carpet ...... until quite wet..... then waited for a couple of hours.... before going over with the carpet washer (which I also had a shampoo mixture in). WELL my goodness! Results are amazing! Smell completely gone with one application!!!! Carpet was not completely clean.... but I could spot wash that later...... would I recommend.....for urine smells.....absolutely 💯!!!! On a side note, I also used on my wooden floors for cat urine. Also worked a treat! Smell is mild orange smell.......not overpowering at all. I would say quite underwhelming.... but that was not what I bought it for.....I bought it to kill the urine smell....and that's what it did!

Had bad strains from cat pee and was unsure about this due to the price but actually really surprised. Stains disappeared completely and smell mostly went but that’s 1 wash gonna do it again in couple days.

I don't like the smell it leaves on the carpet after rinsing off. I can still smell urine. It has removed some dirt from the carpet like any carpet shampoo does. But it does not seem to neutralise urine smells as advertised.
