For a child, this dollhouse set might be a bit flimsy and the accessories are tiny. The cat figures are more sturdy than the dollhouse and are posable, which is nice. I think this would be fun for a careful 6 or 7year old.The four room kit comes with each room set individually bagged. Each bag contains a molded rigid plastic floor, 2 walls in a more flexible plastic, 3 wall connector poles, 2 floor connector tabs, a selection of plastic furniture/accessories, a figure with 6 point articulation, and a cardstock wallpaper plus stickers and grocery boxes to assemble.I paid $16 for this kit, which I feel is an appropriate price for the quality of the pieces.What I like about this set is that it can be assembled in a variety of ways. The tops of the wall connector poles come off so the rooms can be securely stacked. The shelves and picture frames have pegs behind them that fit holes in the walls. The furniture is smaller than Calico Critters size, but not too much so. The wall sections are textured with brick on one side and stucco on the other. The floors are either textured as floorboards or tile. Each wall section has either a working door or a window. I also like the quality of printing on the cardstock and stickers. And it can all be disassembled and stored in a ziploc when not in use.Things that nearly had me return the toy were that it seemed the scale was smaller than the calico critters range, which Fulim is closely emulating if you look at their other plastic dollhouses. This makes me unsure if the other Fulim plastic dollhouses are actually a smaller scale than Calico Critters or if they’ll match my Calico Critters collection. The other thing that I’m disappointed about is that almost all my accessories were black plastic.Overall, I like the set and the price enough to keep it. I think the connecting design is very useful for building different room sets.

My daughter has been playing with this nonstop for two weeks now. I was worried that the pieces were small for her because she's only 3, but they're actually perfect. Everything has remained intact even after she's dropped it a couple of times! Surprised by the durability of this. It's really super cute and she loves it!

This product seems like a lot of bang for its buck. Unfortunately, you construct the entire building by yourself, and the connectors are not designed very well, so the structure is very wobbly and not durable to play.

This little dollhouse is so cute. My 7 year old daughter had fun putting it together. It did not come with instructions so she put it together by looking at the picture on the box. The backwalls are thin cardboard and wouldn't stay up but nothing a little tape couldn't hold up!

I got this for my two nieces. They had fun with it. But overall the quality was not the best that something’s broke. But it didn’t bother them, they still had fun. It was cute different toy for them to enjoy.

This was a super cute little kid friendly dollhouse. Very easy for my 5-10 year olds to put together and play with .
