Magnetic Car Phone Holder, Powerful Magnet Mount For Dash, Sticks to Any Dashboard for GPS in VAN

This mount is brilliant and allows me to mount my phone quickly, without fiddling with any grippers or straps, literally just "offer" the phone up to the magnetic mount and it sticks. Plus I needed something to mount my phone in Landscape above my existing car's inbuilt SatNav screen. This allows me to view both my phone and my satnav without the phone blocking the satnav screen (I'd previously used a mount that slotted in to my un-used CD disc opening, but this partially covered my satnav). Possible downside is needing to stick the metal back plate to your phone that "sticks" to the magnet mount, but I'm using a battery case for an iPhone and the metal plate sits flush on the back and isn't noticeable. The ease of mounting my phone into the car far outweighs any issue with a thin metal plate on the back of my case.

Fantastic! Very easy to place anywhere, I'm glad the magnet is not so strong I have to force it off the phone, but the phone doesn't fall off while driving. It's slick and elegant. I'm extremely happy with the purchase.

A fantastic product but doesn’t work well with other magnets (like the one I have on my phone cover) the included magnets are fantastic though so I have had to cut them into shape and fit to phone

Liked this so much I bought another for my husband. Adheres well. Phone sits on the bar solid. Not bulky and does not look obtrusive when phone not in use. Very good buy.

The overall design looks good and sleek. But be warned! I purchased this item over a year ago. I missed placed the item, item was attached to my vehicle quite afew months later. Unfortunately the other day I notice the holder coming away as the glue used started to loose its stickiness. I still had the box with the customer service details. so I emailed the company and explained the unit itself was fine, no issues.but the glue 3M sticker had started to loose its stickiness. I asked if they could send a replacement sticker.Instead I was suggested to buy another unit as it was on sale.This is not what I asked firstly, secondly I don't think it's costs £7.99 for a 3M sticker/glue. There was no apology.If I wanted a new holder I would have brought one. I would have been happy to pay the postage to send a sticker/ glue out to me.I just found it very cheeky to suggest I buy another holder. So just be warned their customer service isn't great and the item durability isn't fantastic.You may have to replace item sooner than hoped.

The magnetic hold is very strong, but I believe this was also the main reason the adhesive wore so quickly, causing my holder to fall to the floor mid use.

I didn’t read the description to know that if it doesn’t say MagSafe then the huge metal plate that has to be stuck to the back of your Phone is not going to work. You could place inside your case but goodbye to your wireless charging at that point. More garbage for the heap.
