My experience with Tronxy XY-2 Pro
The first of these printers I purchased in September 2019. This printer has been very good up to this point. It was extremely easy to set up and I had my first print started within twenty minutes of taking it out of the box. I find the quality of the print very good and very rarely have any failures. I hardly ever get blockages and I am only on my second nozzle since buying it in September 2019. I like the ease of the auto levelling and I have come to rely on it. I very much like the fact that the power switch is on the side of the machine and in easy reach. Like wise the memory card slot is in a convenient place on the front of the machine. I did swap out the printer bed plate for a magnetic option as it is easier to release the prints. Of course the printer is not perfect but it is by far the best that I have used. The wiring on this printer is very messy and the printer bed works loose. The touch screen is very good but it would have been better if it had a full sized card slot. One other point that lets it down is that I asked customer support for help when the printer bed worked loose and it wouldn’t tighten up but on 3 occasions my e-mails went unanswered. I have noticed now that Amazon no longer stock the Tronxy build plate sticker which is not good as the waiting time from China is many weeks. The second printer I bought from Amazon was Aibecy TRONXY XY-2 Pro 3D Printer Kit Fast Assembly 255 * 255 * 260mm Build Volume Support Auto Levelling Resume Print Filament Run Out Detection Ordered on 9 November 2019 and delivered on 10 November 2019. All went well and it was as easy as the first printer I have had. he build quality was excellent. However, the card slot has been moved to the back of the machine along with the USB port and the power switch. This was a very bad change to make as it was hard to locate the MSD slot and to turn it on and off. They did manage to address the unsightly wiring problem which again was good. After just two days of use the power supply stopped working and I had to return it to Amazon.I purchased a 3rd Tronxy printer which I Ordered on 23 February 2020 and it was delivered on 24 February 2020.Again, as with the previous printers it was so simple to setup. I still don’t understand the logic of putting the MSD slot, USB slot and the power button on the rear of the machine it makes it very difficult to turn the printer on and off and swap out the memory cards. The printer quality is every bit as good as the other two printers. One thing that I would suggest that they change is to include a magnetic printer bed surface.. I bought a magnetic bed for it but the Auto levelling sensor wouldn’t work and is not compatible . Would I recommend this printer to others , my answer to that would be, yes if you got your customer service to answer e-mails. A printer is only as good if you get the support and customer service right. I use my printer on a daily basis purely for domestic purposes I like to print out objects that I have designed. Anything from complicated clocks to simple wall brackets. I have have tried many other printers including Flouron, Copymaster, Colido, ANet, Prusa to name just a few but Tronxy printer far out perform any I have had in the past. I hope this helps, I have been very careful to give a very honest appraisal. I hope Tronxy get its customer service sorted out. Also, it would be good to be able to get printer beds stickers from Amazon as waiting many weeks to get them from China is not good.I have purchased 3 of these printers in the last 9 months and I have contacted Tronxy customer support many times with technical problems and they haven't ever returned my e-mails and gave me any answers to my problems. If you need good customer support then don't expect to receive it from this company. When I purchased my last tronxy printer, in the box was a voucher to claim a free role of filament, I e-mailed them with the code and claimed my free filament but as yet I haven't received it. Again, I know that they have received my e-mail with the promotional code as they told me that it was on its way many weeks ago. For their bad customer support I have deducted one of the stars. Istand by the rest of my review as I have found them to be good all round 3D printers, but if you do get and issues with them don't expect any help from Tronxy, their customer support and customer service is very poor indeed.

A good buget 3D Printer for a beginner
I got this on Amazon's "Today's Deals" at a good price. I had no specific use for one but was impressed with some of the objects I've seen others have produced and was curious to having a go for myself. This 3D Printer seemed simple enough to use but still have enough features to learn about the whole process and be able to produce some interesting and useful items. There is some assembly required which is mostly the two main parts and plugging in a couple of cables. Very easy to do but due to the size of the printer it can be a little bit awkward to manoeuvre these parts while trying to screw them together. Although it did take me best part of two hours to complete the build, this was me being over cautious and taking my time while watching a few YouTube videos about this model of printer. It could comfortably be done in less than an hour.Once built it is worth going over the printer with the tools supplies to check the nuts etc., as the manufacturer advises some nuts and belts may become loose in transit. Mine was fine apart from one of the adjustable nuts on the hot-bed of mine was completely undone. A moment later, and not requiring any of the tools, this was put right. The only couple of niggly things I found while putting the printer together is firstly the hot-bed does have a plastic protective covering over it which needs removing. This is not mentioned in the manual or manufacturer's video and I only found out about this when watching someone else's YouTube video. I'm not sure if leaving this on would have cause any problems when the hot-bed heated up but I would have preferred knowing about it from the manufacture. Also there is a second stiff plastic sheet which goes between the hot-bed and the separate printing surface (called a Sticker in the manual). This isn't even shown in the Manual's Packing List, Machine Detail or on any of the videos so I'm guessing that this is a recent manufacturing change to the printer. It because of these couple of things that one star has been deducted in my review. Before I commenced printing I did spent some time watching a YouTube video to familiarise myself with the menu options and setting the level of the hot-bed / printing surface. These are all very straight forward and easy to do, just not covered very well in the manual. There is 0.25 Kgs., of filament supplied with the printer so I was able to more or less go straight on to printing. While the SD card, also provide, does have several very interesting looking object print-files, they're all very large and would take several hours to print. So I decide instead to download a smaller test object print-file from one of the many websites that offer them for free. The SD card slot, as mentioned in other reviews, is awkwardly placed at the back of the printer however the actual printing process is a breeze. After selecting the file I wanted to print via the touch screen, the printer after taking a few moments heating it’s print-head and hot-bed, sprang to life. It moved the print head to its home position the to its printing start point, then slowly started moving around, extruding the plastic flux as it went. 3D printing is not a fast paced process so don't expect to be waiting around for it to finish. I went off to watch some TV and have a snack, occasionally looking in to make sure everything was fine, which it was.The printing process took just under two hours, about same time it had taken me to put the printer together in the first place. So about four hours after open the box I had my very first printed object, which I' delighted with.I'm now looking forward to more adventurous printing projects and at trying to create my own designed object. Although that may be a while away I do know it will be fun trying.
