DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING: Shoes advertised as being made of leather. Only to find out the shoe bed is leather not the shoe itself.
The advertisement states the shoe was made of leather. However, after wearing them the first time, I felt there was no "give" in the leather shoes. They were very comfortable when I first put them on, but after a few hours of wear, they became very uncomfortable. Called Amazon and the representative said the shoes were not made of leather and that only the shoe bead was made of leather. How can that be that a vendor can advertise a shoe as being made of leather when it wasn't actually leather? Very deceptive advertising.

Comfy inside, terrible leather quality
The first time I wore the shoes, I scuffed my toe and the leather tore. The leather is extremely thin on the exterior. I have now worn the shoes about 10 times and the leather is ripped on both of the toes. The inside is definitely comfortable to wear but the quality is awful.

Most Comfortable Ballet Flats I've Ever Owned
I ordered these in my normal size 9.5, and they fit very comfortably. They are made of beautiful leather, and they have very nice padding and arch support. I have medium width feet, and the toe box has plenty of room. The second time I wore them, I wore them to a wedding where I was on my feet for about 6 hours and there was no discomfort at all. These are so classic in style, that I know I will get a lot of use out of them with dress pants at work, with jeans on the weekend and even the occasional cocktail dress when I don't want to bother with heels.

Very comfortable. Looks just as good with nice jeans as with a skirt suit. The M seems a little more narrow than shoes that do not come with width options. I wore the same size as I do in TOMS, which is a half-size smaller than in Sperry's and a full-size smaller than Nike shoes. I'm considering getting another pair in nude.

Couldn't find the right size
I have tried the Estee flat in 6.5M (too narrow), 6.5W (too wide) and a 7M (too big). The shoe is beautiful, well made and seems like it would be comfortable if I could find a size that worked. I normally wear a 7M in most shoe brands.

Great plain black shoes
Great plain black shoes. Was looking for something without a heel to wear while pregnant, and these fit the bill perfectly. I did a fair amount of walking over several hours in these shoes and they were comfortable and light. I intend to keep them for similar wear (though not while pregnant) in the future and would definitely recommend these.

I finally thought I found my perfect black work flat but they look OLD after just ...
I tried THREE times to get the correct fit. I finally got the correct size (mind you, I asked for 10.5 all three times and received THREE different sizes in crazy differences). Get this, I finally thought I found my perfect black work flat but they look OLD after just a couple of wearings. BUMMED.

Heels not narrow enough
Like the style and cushioning very much. But I ordered a narrow width and my heels still come up out of the shoe. I put a set of heel grips inside and the heel was still too wide. Have ordered a second set of grips to add to the first. Hopefully that will take up the space and I’ll be able to wear them.
