I doubt it. It’s a different shape of controller.

Due to health issues I cannot hold the thumbstick forward to walk/run. Can I map a paddle to this function?

Best way to do so is to go in accessibility in your ps4 settings change an analogue for a button that you don't use then programme that button for your paddle.

How long is the warranty?
