Sentry 130 Tabs

Well, I'm not dead so I guess that's a testament to the vitamin's effectiveness! I'm on my second 130-count bottle with this brand. The vitamin and mineral content as well as the price compares favorably to more familiar brands of multivitamins. They're not the easiest to swallow, which results in some of the taste coming through. That's never a good thing with a multivitamin.

Fantastic price. Perfect list of ingredients. Best combination of vital vitamins and minerals that I could find. Vitamins are high quality and the dosage is just right.

Overall, I’m a fan of this multivitamin as it’s a good value for the money and judging by Consumer Lab reports, it’s been tested for purity of ingredients. However that being said, some form of the ingredients could have been chosen better like for example, the B6 could be P5P which is more bioavailable and the Oxide forms of Zinc and Magnesium are not as good as Glycinate or Bisglycinate variants. However for the price, it’s not the worst in the world and definitely better than some other leading brands on the quality and value.

Don't know why but these multivitamins make me feel calm. Highly recommend. I have tried other brands and these are the best by far.
