My home office is also a storeroom and thus it isn't the freshest smelling room on the planet. But I've used air fresheners before and they have always left me feeling sick. It doesn't help that I once got a stomach flu while using a particular air freshener and now associate that berry scented cone with throwing up. So I didn't have high hopes. But I bought this and gave it a try anyway. First I set it to the very lowest setting, and in 5 minutes the 300 SF room smelled so strongly that I nearly sent it back! However, I gave it a few days because I had promised myself that I wouldn't take my first reaction. Surprisingly, the initial scent lasted about 4 days and then it died down to the point that it is barely noticeable except when I first walk into the room. It's still there, but much less. I don't know why it makes such a strong smell at first, but my recommendation is that you plug this in in your garage for a few days and then bring it inside and use it, you'll be much happier with the smell after it's been running. It's been about a month now, and I'm still happy with it. The scent is like laundry detergent, but in a good way. I think I'll try other scents in the future but I'm happy with this one so I'll go back to this one if I don't like the other scents.

Smells great & helpful in repelling insects too

Smells so refreshingly clean, I walk in the room and just like it so much it fills the room nicely. Reminds me of a nice Saturday morning when everything is in order. It really is a very relaxing scent. I bought two more I liked so much. It all started with a free sample. I am Sold 100%. If you like that summer morning feel where the birds are singing and life feels good, then try this product. Enjoy a cup of coffee. Glad I did.
