Delish! This almond flour is ground to perfection! Does not clump when mixing and bakes just like flour! I use this for cakes, cookies, pancakes and I even mix it in smoothies. Great value for being organic compared to others , a must try!

Grainy but good taste.
Good flavor but very grainy. Not good for cakes, but muffins would be OK. I'll have to run it through the blender next time.

Excellent quality organic almond flour
This almond flour is by far the best that I've have ever tried. I shop exclusively at Wholefoods and was surprised that they don't carry any organic almond flour; only conventional. It's really important that nuts be organic so I'm glad I searched on the Amazon app and found this wonderful organic almond flour. I also like that it's made from blanched organic almonds , meaning the skins are taken off before grinding them into the flour. Removing the skins allows better digestibility and actually is a preferred way, for health reasons, to consume the nut. The skins contain tannins and phytic acid which are not good. **As a side note, brown rice and other goods contain phtic acid too. that's why one should soak all brown rice for at least 7 hours to move this type of acid. Yikes. I can't go back and manually spell check my message. Please excuse any typos that might appear.
