Everything you need and a perfect fit with much higher capacity than the original.
I have an old Galaxy Note 9 which I personally love. It is a great phone and I hated to see it die. After buying a new phone (which I don't like nearly as much) I decided to see how hard it would be to swap the old battery out so I could keep it is a spare. It turns out it is a very easy swap- especially with this particular battery from this particular seller. This "battery" is actually a battery and a whole bunch of specialized tools specifically for this job with a link to an excellent instructional video that walks you through the entire operation from start to finish. If there is one thing that is missing it is a replacement back glass for the Note 9 since I do not think it is possible to open the phone without breaking it (it is VERY fragile and it is glued on firmly). Luckily the back glass is readily available and fairly inexpensive. Do yourself a favor and be sure to order a back glass replacement at the same time you order this battery. Your future self will thank you.The entire swap took less than half an hour but I could probably do it in 10 minutes now that I know what to expect. My old phone looks brand new again and has a battery with almost twice the capacity of the original 4400mAh battery. Be sure to cycle the battery as indicated in the instructions after installing in order to maximize the usable capacity of the battery. If your Note 9 battery has decided to poof up or isn't holding a charge anymore I would highly recommend that you purchase this battery (kit) along with a rear glass replacement and swap it yourself.I hope you find this review helpful!

Almost Everything you need in one kit
This is a great kit, and it does have everything you need to disassemble the phone and replace the battery. The battery did fit. I did remove the small gray rubber strip that supports the factory battery, as another reviewer recommended. This helped the battery fit perfectly in the phone.I am still going through the initial battery cycles, so I cannot comment on battery life just yet.The one thing that is missing from the kit is new adhesive strips for securing the back glass back to the phone. This didn't matter to me, as my back glass was cracked, and I already had a replacement glass (w/adhesive) ready to use.In fact, I would recommend that you go ahead and spend a few extra dollars on a new back glass. The chances of it breaking/chipping during the removal process are pretty good. Best to have a new one on hand and ready to go. They are pretty inexpensive here on Amazon.

Edit: Avoid this one. Doesn't last long enough.
I would like to add pictures of the process, but the phone that I repaired is my main driver, so I couldn't take any.It has a little difference with the OEM one, because I had to remove a rubber padding that was under the battery at the top part. Other than that, it is a perfect fit. Also, the pull tabs it came with are really thoughtful and useful, because the OEM came glued to the phone and had to apply heat to the screen in order to remove it.So far, so good, it has been approximately two days since installed and it is performing excellent, previously I had to keep my phone connected to keep it charged, now I can use it the whole day without worrying about it powering off.100% recommended.Edit:After a month or two the battery caused some strange issues. For instance, playing a video at around 15% will shut the phone down abruptly and it just got worse over time. Now I have to keep my phone connected all the time, this one is way worse than OEM.

Great kit and value for money
Great kit for the money. It takes alot of work to get the back glass off. I recommend getting a new back glass there not very expensive. Then you dont have to worry about breaking the old one. The new battery was easy to install and fit perfectly. Its been a few days and it holds a charger for well over a day. I also like the fact that its a lithium polymer that won't overheat. Its also a good idea if your getting into your phone to spend an extra ten bucks for a charging port.

It is a good & consistent battery, however likely far less capacity than the advertised 4200 mAh
This battery for me unfortunately barely measured at 3300mah ( both using accubattery & an external usb multimeter that measures how much current passes through during a charge cycle) As for the quality of the battery , it seams pretty good compared to other cheap Chinese batteries. Power drain for me was consistent and at no point did I have massive drops of battery life ( such as from 25% to 0 in 15 minutes ) which is common with degregated batteries or poor quality ones. This battery is slightly thicker than the OEM one , but as others have mentioned is not a problem as long as you remove the glued on rubber dampener underneath where the battery sits on the chassis. If this was marketed as a 3300ish mAh battery , I would say it's a quality one. However because it claims to be 4200 mAh , and the OEM battery is 4000 mAh , yet mine was 3300 mAh , I can't really recommend it. It is important to condition a new battery before using it " normally " which I have done for 2 weeks straight with no change ( charge battery to 100%, turn phone on , let trickle charge longer to insure battery is really fully charged, use phone till it drains completely and shuts off. Repeat) normally you only have to do this a handful of times .... So it's safe to say in my case I either received an older , degrated battery , or that the manufacture is embellishing the capacity. Or both. Either way I'll reach out to the manufacture and see if a replacement will change anything , of course updating my review if it does.

Excellent replacement.
After 2 years of use with the original battery, it has finally failed and this battery is the perfect replacement at a decent price. It's a perfect fit and it got more juice, nothing to complain about. When doing the replacement, make to remove the original foam strip inside the battery compartment in order for this battery to fit. And make sure to follow instruction to discharge to 2% then fully charge up to 100%, do it couple time to get your battery set the range.
