Easy to use!
Item arrived quickly and well packaged. I like the auto start feature on this model. I’ve used others that start with a pull-string which was really hard for me. The auto-start feature is easy and intuitive. It definitely gives your wrist and forearm a good workout. I also like the silicone band which helps to get a good grip. The light feature is cool too. I bought this for my son and his friend who are bowlers. It might be a bit tough for my 11 year old to use, but I think it will be good for his wrist!

Excellent product, great price
I’ve tried several brands, and this one is comparable to the more expensive ones. I love the light up feature, it gets brighter as you spin it faster. An excellent value and I purchased 5 more for friends and family after trying the first one! 2 thumbs up!

Great for rehab
I am rehabbing from a recent wrist surgery. I used this product to strengthen my grip and forearm after several months in a cast. I would highly recommend this product.

Great workout device, pretty convenient all around
Very easy to use, the auto start is super convenient, and it's a nice quick and mostly quiet way to blow your forearms out in a few minutes max. Without a doubt worth the 17 bucks or so invested. Only been using this for a month or so. I'll update if any issues arise. My only gripe is that I don't really dig the lights, not my style.

Good for wrist exercises
When I was in college (a few decades ago), I had a friend with a handheld gyro exerciser. I used it frequently back then, and kept wishing I'd had one of my own. Fast forward to today where I'm recovering from a broken wrist. I started physical therapy a couple of weeks ago with weights, finger exercisers, putty, etc. I decided on my own to find a gyro exerciser like I remembered from college, and picked this one.The auto-start is easy to use--just a few spins of the internal ball, and it's off and ready for my wrist action to take over and speed up the gyro. It's got a good centripetal weight for me, at least. I don't really need the LEDs, but I don't mind them, either. In short, this is exactly what I was looking for.

Nice Workout
Very easy to get going, smooth running, calming at slow speed, and a real workout at high revolutions. I've found the wrist strap to be helpful when the powerball is moving fast, and I'm fatiguing after a long go at it. It has slipped from my grip, and could have been dangerous if it was not tethered. The lights and auto start up are nice features.

It works...
I ordered this to help strengthen the tendons in my forearm to help with tennis elbow. It's a little tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, you can feel it working. Just a few minutes a day and I've had remarkable improvement.

Cheap. You get what you pay for
My second gyro ball after the plastic NSD one. Metal quality is cheap with many imperfections. Looks like OK mechanism, but time will tell. Shipping was incredibly slow - a week to be exact.
